All 7th & 8th Grade wrestlers should report to Mr. McPhail’s room (259) after school TODAY. Please bring your wrestling gear to turn in.

Past Announcements:

Congratulations to the PIZM gymnastics team on winning the Southeastern gymnastics conference title for the 4th year in a row with a 9-0 record. The girls are looking forward to defending their section title in Red Wing on Saturday. Meet starts at noon.

Middle School Yearbook - Buy a 2018-19 PI Middle School yearbook online! NOW on presale for $20.00 through February 28th. On March 1st, the price increases to $25.00

Steps to Order Online:

1.      Log Into your Skyward account (go to www.pineisland.k12.mn.us, scroll to bottom of page and click on Skyward)

2.      Click on your child’s name whom you’re buying the yearbook for (at top of page under the all students tab)

3.      Go to Fee Management (on left hand side)

4.      Click on Add a Fee (it’s blue and on the right hand side)

5.      A box will pop up…click on Middle School Yearbook, click ADD

6.      Click on BACK at the top right hand corner of the box

7.      Click on Make a Payment, it will then take you to the payment screen.  Select the student name on the left hand side and you should then see the fee, continue with making the payment

Pine Island Ski/Snowboard Club – UPDATED

Pine Island Ski/Snowboard Club will be going to Welch Village on Sundays in January and February from 2:00 - 8:30

Bus loads from the Panther Door by the new gym behind the school beginning at 2:00 p.m., leaves at 2:15 p.m. and returns to the school at 8:30 p.m.

DATES

January 13, 20, 27   
February 3, 10, 17 (President’s Day) we will stay until 8:30 and be home around 9:10pm

Giants Ridge Trip will take place this year on Friday, February 22nd through Sunday, February 24th. - Estimated cost $150.00 + Rentals if needed

WELCH VILLAGE WAIVERS

Daily Release Lift Ticket Waiver - required online and ahead of time skiers/snowboarders (Non Season Pass Holders). Parents will be asked for the last 4 digits of their drivers license. Lift Ticket ($28)

Rental Release- Required online and ahead of time if you are renting. Ski/Snowboard ($20) Helmet ($5)

BUS REGISTRATION and PI Ski/Snowboard Waiver

Please complete the Electronic Registration for the bus each week.

 Baseball open gyms will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday nights.

 Post Prom Fundraiser – 

We have Kwik Trip carwash cards for sale from now until they are gone for $36 each.  They are preloaded with 5 Ultimate carwashes at most KT in the surrounding areas.  One ultimate wash normally costs $10 so paid at the store you would pay $50 for 5 and they are only $36 for 5.  A great gift idea for teens that are driving and adults.  Especially with Christmas and winter with salt and sand on the roads.
